What This Privacy Policy Covers |
|
This
policy covers how willlouden.com, Inc. hereinafter: “WCOM” treats
personal information that WCOM collects and receives, including
information related to your past use of WCOM products and services.
Personal information is information about you that is personally
identifiable like your name, address, email address, and/or phone
number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. |

This policy does not apply to the practices of
companies that WCOM does not own and/or control or to people that WCOM
does not employ and/or manage. In addition, some companies that WCOM
has now and may in the future acquire either have their own

Information Collection and Use |

WCOM
collects personal information when you register with WCOM, when you
use WCOM products or services, when you visit WCOM pages or the pages
of certain WCOM partners, when you apply for credit, and when you
enter promotions, contests and/or sweepstakes, etc. WCOM may combine
information about you that we have with information we obtain from
business partners, affiliates and/or other companies. |

register, apply for credit and/or correspond with WCOM we ask for
information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP
code, occupation, industry, and/or personal interests, etc. etc. etc.
For some financial products and services we might also ask for your
address, Social Security/Tax ID number, and information about your
income and assets, etc. When you register with WCOM and sign in to our
services you are not anonymous to us. |

WCOM
collects information about your transactions with us, our brands,
affiliates and with some of our business partners, including
information about your use of financial products and services that we
offer. |

Select
WCOM systems may occasionally automatically receive and record
information from your computer and browser, including your IP address,
WCOM cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the
page and/or pages that you request. |

WCOM may
use this information in the following ways: advertising and content
customization, products and services fulfillment purposes, improve our
services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous
reporting for internal and external clients. |

Children |

When a
child under age 13 (and in some cases persons under the age of 18)
attempts to register with WCOM, we ask the child to obtain parental
and/or guardian permission and have a parent or guardian approve the
account. |

WCOM
does not contact children under age 13 (and in some cases persons
under the age of 18) about special offers or for marketing purposes
without a parent's permission. |

WCOM
does not ask a child under age 13 (and in some cases persons under the
age of 18) for more personal information, as a condition of
participation, than is reasonably necessary to participate in a given
activity and/or promotion. |

Information Sharing and Disclosure |

WCOM may
rent, sell, and/or share personal information about you with other
people and firms who you have authorized us to share your personal

of any person, violations of WCOM's Terms of Service, or as otherwise

WCOM may
display targeted advertisements based on personal information.
Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people
who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting
criteria—for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic

Occasionally WCOM shares or may share with our advertisers personal
information when you interact with or view a targeted ad. |

WCOM advertisers include, however are not limited
to: financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents,
stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such
as stores, airlines, and software companies, property managers,
property owners, real estate agents, restaurants, etc.). |

WCOM
works with vendors, partners, advertisers, affiliates, subsidiary
companies and other service providers in different industries, areas
and categories of business. |

WCOM may
set and access WCOM cookies on your computer and/or any computer which

allow other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages to

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account
Information and Preferences. |

You can
edit your WCOM Account Information, including your marketing
preferences, at any time the system is available to do so (routine
maintenance and system updates and upgrades may occasionally render
the system unavailable). |

New
categories of marketing communications might be added to your personal
user account and profiles section from time to time. Users who opt out
of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories
or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the
messages they receive or on the system where their primary account is
based. |

We
reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the
WCOM service, such as service announcements, administrative messages
and WCOM newsletters, which are considered part of your WCOM account,
without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. |

You can
delete your WCOM account by logging into your account and following
the instructions for deleting, modifying and/or updating your desired
user information. Some personally identifiable information may remain
on file in our data systems and in our archived records after your
account has been deleted, modified, updated, etc. indefinitely and/or
for a specific period of time. |

Children |
|
Parents
can review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's
WCOM account in the same manner the account was created. |
|
|
Confidentiality and Security |
|
We limit access to personal
information about you to employees, agents, affiliates and/or
partners, etc. who we believe reasonably need to come into contact
with that information to provide products and/or services to you or in
order to do their jobs. |

Changes to this Privacy Policy |

WCOM may update this policy at any time with
